This system is designed to be an aid and should not replace the need to drive carefully and will not gurauntee that driver will not have any accidents.

Under no circumstances will manufacturer, supplier or retailer accept any responsibility or can not be handle liability for any direct or indirect incidental or consequential damage or for injuries that result from installing or using this system or from any backing accident.

This device may not be used to violate the privacy rights of others, In no way will Macrotech business solutions inc. or its subsidiaries or partners be held responsible for inappropriate use of this product.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to consult legal counsel for the interpretation of any laws applicable to the area of intended use of these products. 

This product records videos while the vehicle is in operation. It is to be used for reference while investigation for incidents or road accidents. 

All event recording may not be guaranteed as the old footage may be overwritten by new footage. Accidents with small impacts may not be recorded as they may be minor and may not activate the sensor.

To ensure that all events are recorded wait until the camera completely gets turned on. It may take a few seconds for the camera to completely turn on and start recording.

Macrotech does not hold any responsibility for any loss caused by an accident and is also not responsible for providing any support regarding the accident’s outcome. 

“Warning" - Indicates a potential hazard which, if not avoided, may result in injury or death.

Do not tamper the product or try to check the product while driving as it is distracting while driving and may cause accidents and result in injury or death.

Ensure that the placing and the position of the camera does not obstruct the driver’s view .Obstruction of the driver’s vision may cause accidents and result in injury or death. 

Check with your state and municipal laws before mounting the product to the windshield

Do not touch the power cable with wet hands. Doing so may result in electrocution.

 Do not use damaged power cables. Doing so may result in electrical fire or electrocution.

 Keep the power cable away from all heat sources. Failure to do so may cause the power cord insulation to melt, resulting in electrical fire or electrocution.

 Ensure that the power cable is connected with the correct connector and make sure the connection is secure and is firmly in place. Failure to do so may result in electrical fire or electrocution.

Do not cut the power cable or try to modify it . Also, do not place heavy objects on the power cable or pull, insert, or bend the power cable using excessive force. Doing so may result in electrical fire or electrocution.

Ensure that the product is out of the reach of children and pets. If the product breaks, it may result in fatal damage.

Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or intense light. The lens or internal circuitry may fail otherwise.

Use the product at a temperature between 14°F and 140°F (-10°C to 60°C) and store the product at a temperature between -4°F and 158°F (-20°C to 70°C). 

Ensure that the products is being operated in the recommended temperature as it may not function as designed and some permanent physical damages may result if it is operated or stored out of the specified temperature ranges. Such damages are not covered by the warranty.

 Frequently check the product for the proper installation position when the vehicle is not operating. Impact caused by extreme road conditions may alter the installation position. Ensure that the product is positioned as instructed in this guide.

 Do not apply excessive force when pressing the buttons. Doing so may damage the buttons.

 Do not use any chemical cleaning solvents to clean the product. Doing so may damage plastic components of the product. Clean the product using a clean, soft, and dry fabric.

 Do not dismantle the product. Doing so may damage the product.

Unauthorized disassembly of the product voids the product warranty.

Handle with care. If you drop, mishandle, or expose the product to external shocks, it may cause damage and/or result in the malfunction of the product.

 Do not attempt to insert foreign objects into the device.

 Keep the product away from humidity or water. Electronic components inside the product may fail if exposed to humidity or water.

Turn off the camera before removing the memory card.

The recorded video files may be corrupted or lost if you remove the memory card while the product is on.

Limited warranty

What warranty covers

Macrotech warrants to the original purchaser that the product furnished here under shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service .

In the event of any defect in material or workmanship the manufacturer will for twelwe (12) months from the date of delivery of the product to purchaser, F.O.B. point of origin replace any defective parts in respect to the product or replace the product with new or like new product at the manufacturers option.

In the event of a defect return the product in tact to the manufacturer (shipping to the manufacturer will be paid by purchaser) with evidence of purchase date with in the last 12 months of purchase for proper handling of warranty claims.

What is not covered:

Defects or damage resulting from the use of products in other that the normal and customary manner intended.

Defective or damage from misuse, accident, water(except water proof cameras) or neglect.

Scratches or cosmetic damage that does not affect operation of the product.

Product damage or bodily injury.
